It provides information and data about how your website or page is ranking, what are the difficulties or why it is not ranking, and also gives some instructions. Fix your website problems accordingly. This is basically technical SEO. Web page crawling and indexing, increasing the speed of the website, and solving various link-related problems fall under technical SEO.
